112學年度中國醫藥大學針灸研究所謝發財校友針灸獎學金-申請公告
Application of the Xie Fa-cai Alumni Acupuncture Scholarship at the China Medical University

謝發財醫師為本校醫學系第五屆畢業校友，為感謝本校中醫針灸之學習能補西醫之不足，特設本獎學金。
Dr. Xie Fa-cai is a graduate of the fifth batch of the School of Medicine. In order to thank the school for studying acupuncture of Chinese medicine to make up for the shortcomings of Western medicine, this scholarship is specially established.

錄取名額Enrollment quota：針灸研究所碩士班及博士班學生各一名。one student for the master's program and one for the doctoral program of the Graduate Institute of Acupuncture Science.

申請資格與文件Application Qualifications and Documents:：
針灸研究所碩、博士班學生Graduate Institute of Acupuncture Science of master's and doctoral students
一、該年度第一學期操行成績80分以上（佔10%）The conduct grade of the first semester of the year is above 80 grades (accounting for 10%)。
二、學業、研究或服務成績優秀者Excellent academic, research or service achievements：
1.歷年學業成績（佔30%）。Academic performance over the years (accounting for 30%)
2.論文已刊登於國內外學術期刊（或已被接受者），或已發表於國內外學術研討會（佔40%）。Papers have been published in domestic and foreign academic journals (or have been accepted), or have been published in domestic and foreign academic seminars (accounting for 40%).
3.就讀本所期間曾擔任班級幹部表現優良或曾受獎表揚者（佔20%）。
Those who have served as class cadres with excellent performance or received awards during their studies in our institute (accounting for 20%)

收件時間Deadline：即日起至113年5月3日(五)，逾時不候 from now until May 03, 2024 (Friday), overdue will not be accepted.
請下載申請表，並附上歷年成績單與其他相關證明文件。Please download the application form and attach transcripts and other relevant supporting documents.
備齊文件後請送至針灸研究所辦公室(立夫教學大樓11樓)
After preparing all the documents, please send them to the Graduate Institute of Acupuncture Science Office (11th Floor, Lifu Teaching Building)

審查期間Review period：113年5月 May 2024
結果公布及頒發獎學金Result announcement and scholarship award：113年6月底前 before the end of June 2024
獎金Scholarship：每名獎學金美金500元 (核發金額以財務室依匯率換算為依據) 。USD 500 (The issued amount is based on the exchange rate conversion by the financial office)
